Administrative support in ERP system for the procurement department 


For a international company in Zoetermeer we are looking for a Procurement Assistant


The Procurement Assistant will provide administrative support to the procurement department, i.e. preparation and handling of e-documents. You will expedite activities with respect to in-time response by vendors and project coordination activities within the deparment. 

Temporarily for probably 12 months with option on extension

Functie eisen

  • Minimum of MBO education
  • Work experience at least 1 years’ experience in a similar function 
  • Experience with purchase administration in a ERP system 
  • Language Fluent in English, both speaking and in writing, preferably with working knowledge of dutch and another language
